Cultural Competency

The special skill set needed to recognize and response to the diverse cultural backgrounds in the evaluation context so that the needs, values and contributions from different perspectives are recognized and responded to in ways that result in the most useful, feasible, proper, accurate, and accountable evaluations possible in this context.
